What is a Couples Massage session like?
From the moment you arrive at LaVida Smithtown, our goal is to help you leave the outside world behind.
If this is your first visit, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to complete your intake information. Or you can print and complete your intake form here.
Each guest will meet with their Licensed Massage Therapist and discuss areas of tension, preferred pressure and goals for the massage.
You'll then settle into our private Couples Room with:
