What is Microchanneling and what will it do for me?
Procell Microchanneling is a noninvasive procedure designed to stimulate your body’s own natural ability to generate collagen, elastin, and other building blocks of healthy skin. By stimulating the outermost layers of the skin, microchanneling can help your body start this process without penetrating into living tissue.

A small device is used to create thousands of tiny puncture holes, (microchannels), into the skin to facilitate healing. By stimulating the outermost layers of the skin, this treatment amplifies your body's natural process of generating healthy skin.

Microchanneling treatments can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks, and rosacea.
What is a Microchanneling session like?
At a first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early and fill out an intake form. Or you can print your intake form here and bring it with you.
Your licensed Esthetician will bring you to your private room, discuss your paperwork and your goals and leave you to get cozy on the table. Your session begins in a comfortable, heated bed with soothing music.
After taking “before” pictures, your skin will be cleansed and an alcohol solution will be applied to sterilize the surface area before treatment.

As part of your Microchanneling treatment, we provide you with a complimentary Celluma Light Therapy session while using the serum mask to help speed the recovery process.
After your Microchanneling treatment, you will be given small serums to speed your skin’s regeneration at home, and we encourage drinking lots of water.

How many Microchanneling sessions will I need?
While results are often seen in one treatment, usually 2-3 treatments for fine lines and wrinkles are necessary, and 5-6 treatments for scarring or skin tightening is recommended. Discounted packages are available.

The smooth results and hydration may last 5 to 7 days or even longer. We don’t believe in quick fixes, so one treatment per month is recommended to maintain skin health results.

Can I get a Hydrafacial right after injectable or filler?You must wait 2 weeks after filler or any injectables to get a Hydrafacial at LaVida.

Can I get a Hydrafacial any time of year?YES! While we never encourage being in the sun without SPF, Hydrafacial can be performed even in the summer - so you can get regular hydrafacials all year long! *Can not be performed on sunburned skin.

Can anyone get a Hydrafacial?Those with active skin conditions such as severe eczema, rosacea, or open wounds should consult with a dermatologist before proceeding. Overall, Hydrafacial’s gentle yet effective approach ensures that it remains a safe and popular choice for most skin types to achieve healthier, glowing skin. If you use injectables or fillers, you must wait at least 2 weeks prior to receiving a Hydrafacial. Please note that all treatments are at the discretion of our Esthetician. You will not be charged if your Esthetician decides that a treatment is unsafe or inappropriate.
